Dkt. 16. Based on the 17 parties’ stipulated motion, the Court ORDERS that the stipulated motion (Dkt. 16) is 18 GRANTED, and that EAJA attorney’s fees in the amount of $4,212.93 shall be awarded to 19 plaintiff. Subject to any offset allowed under the Treasury Offset Program, the EAJA attorney 20 fees shall be paid directly to the order of: Janet Leanne Martinez.
