On October 31, 2017, the parties 17 filed a stipulation and order to dismiss this action without prejudice. (Dkt. 29.) Pursuant to Fed. 18 R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), an action may be dismissed without a court order upon submission of 19 “a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” As the stipulation presented 20 to the Court was, indeed, signed by all parties, no further court action is required.
