This matter comes before the Court on the Government’s Application to Terminate

Garnishment Proceeding (Dkt. No. 14). For the reasons stated in the Government’s application,

(see id. at 1), the Court concludes that this garnishment should be terminated in accordance with
22
28 U.S.C. § 3205(c)(10)(A). It is therefore ORDERED that (1) the Government’s application
23
(Dkt. No. 14) is GRANTED; (2) the garnishment is TERMINATED; and (3) Garnishee CWD
24
Group, Inc. is relieved from further responsibility under this garnishment.
