Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A), the parties stipulate and agree to dismissal of
the following claims:

Plaintiffs Punardeep Sandhu, Amarjeet Randhawa, RS Spas and Salons, LLC,

Ryan Hollis, Jason Bleick, Karen Bleick, and Beauty In Spokane, LLC dismiss their claims

against all Defendants with prejudice and without costs, expenses, or attorney’s fees awarded to
