The Court has considered the 20 Stipulation and is otherwise fully informed. Pursuant to the Stipulation, IT IS HEREBY 21 ORDERED: 22 23 1. The Stipulation between the United States and Shaun Allahyari regarding the value of the BECU Deed of Trust, taking in account the State of Washington’s statute of limitations, is 24 Order (C17-668 TSZ) 1 Case 2:17-cv-00668-TSZ Document 189 Filed 06/29/22 Page 2 of 4 1 approved. 2 2. The value of the BECU Deed of Trust as of May 1, 2022 is $620,000. 3 3. Interest at an annual interest rate of 4.125% will accrue until the BECU Deed of Trust is 4 paid in full, whether or not through a sale of the property that is the subject of this case (3543 5 77th Place SE Mercer Island). 6 4.
