The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to continue trial and

extend all unexpired pretrial deadlines (Dkt. No. 13). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
19
Procedure 6(b), the Court finds good cause and GRANTS the motion to provide parties
20
additional time to engage in settlement negotiations and mediation before completing additional
21
discovery. The Court therefore ORDERS as follows:
