The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
17
This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. On September 21, 2017, the Court denied
18
Defendants’ motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 8) and granted Plaintiff an additional 30 days to perfect
19
service on Defendants. (Dkt. No. 13 at 3.) Plaintiff never responded to Defendant’s motion to
20
dismiss, nor has Plaintiff filed proof of service. Based on that, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to
21
VACATE the status conference currently scheduled for October 24, 2017. The Court will
22
reschedule the status conference if Plaintiff files proof of service within the previously ordered
23
deadline. (See Dkt. No. 13.)
24
The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff.
