C17-0787-JCC ROGER BROWN, et al., 13 Defendants. 14 15 16 17 The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C. Coughenour, United States District Judge: This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s counsel’s unopposed motion for leave 18 to withdraw as counsel. (Dkt. No. 5.) No trial date has been set. Accordingly, the Court finds that 19 the withdrawal would have no materially adverse impact and GRANTS the motion. See W.D. 20 Wash. Local Civ. R. 83.2(b). However, there is no substitute counsel at this time. Therefore, the 21 Court DIRECTS the Clerk to update the docket with Plaintiff’s address: Triston Spears, 16812 22 Military Road South, Seattle, WA 98188. The Court also DIRECTS the Clerk to mail a copy of 23 this order to Plaintiff. 24 Additionally, in order to allow Plaintiff time to find new representation, the status 25 conference set for August 22, 2017, is VACATED.
