M/V CRIMSON MONARCH (IMO. No. 9675597) (“Defendant Vessel”) to be arrested in

this jurisdiction by the United States Marshal; and

WHEREAS, Defendant Vessel interests, represented by attorneys at Keesal, Young &
19
Logan, have posted security in sufficient form and amount, conditioned to answer any
20
judgment of this or any appellate court in Plaintiff’s favor, pursuant to Rule E (5) of the
21
Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims;
