COME NOW the parties, by and through their attorneys of record and hereby stipulate

that the Court enter an Order that the Aetna Administrative Record will be supplemented with
18
the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) Notice of Award granting Plaintiff’s Social
19
Security Disability (“SSDI”) benefits.
20
This is a claim for long-term disability benefits Plaintiff is eligible to receive through his
21
employment with Boeing. Defendants initially denied Plaintiff’s claim for long-term disability
22
benefits by letter, dated June 7, 2016. Plaintiff appealed the denial and submitted additional,
23
supportive medical information to support his disability. Defendant upheld the initial denial by
