The parties stipulate as follows:

On October 19, 2017, this Court issued an order setting deadlines and a

November 13, 2018, trial date. Dkt. 20.
2.

The parties have reached a settlement in principle and are working to reduce that

settlement to a formal written agreement.
3.

To allow them to focus on settlement and conserve their and the Court’s

22

resources, the parties respectfully request that the Court vacate the remaining deadlines and the

23

trial date. If the parties have not requested dismissal of the case within 60 days of this order,

24

they will file a joint status report with the Court.
