with a prayer for attachment and garnishment, and accompanied by an Affidavit that the Defendants in said
suit cannot be found within this District:

NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded to attach the Defendants’ goods and chattels, or

credits and effects in this District, to the amount sued. The specific property to be seized is as follows:

1. COSCO Taicang that will arrive and dock at 4015 SR-509 North Frontage
Road; Tacoma Washington 1 on or around June 29, 2017;

2. COSCO Europe will arrive and dock at 4015 SR-509 North Frontage Road
on or around July 4, 2017;

3. COSCO Kaohsiung will arrive and dock at 4015 SR-509 North Frontage
Road; Tacoma Washington on or around July 10, 2017; it is scheduled to
depart July 11, 2017.

If other tangible property (e.g. funds or containers) is attached, you shall take it into your possession

for safe keeping unless the character or situation of the property is such that the taking of actual possession
is impracticable, in which case you shall execute this process by affixing a copy thereof to the property in a
conspicuous place and by leaving a copy of the complaint and process with the person having possession or
