IT IS ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for Stay and Costs is STRICKEN as moot,

Plaintiff having satisfied Defendants’ request by paying the $862 in statutory costs sought by the

motion.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No.
15) is STAYED until the Court has ruled on Plaintiff’s pending Motion to Remand.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Relief from Deadline on

Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is STRICKEN as moot in light of the stay on
8
Defendants’ summary judgment motion.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand (Dkt. No. 19) is noted
10
for September 29, 2017; Defendants’ response is due by September 22 and Plaintiff’s reply is

due on the noting date.
