Coughenour, United States District Judge: This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. Trial in this matter is scheduled to begin 18 on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. (Dkt. No. 12.) Regarding the proposed jury 19 instructions, due October 15, 2018, the parties shall submit a joint set, including a proposed 20 verdict form. The parties should indicate which instructions they agree upon and which 21 instructions are contested, along with the basis for challenging each contested instruction. All 22 standard jury instructions should be included. An additional clean copy of the proposed 23 instructions and verdict form should be submitted in word format to the following e-mail 24 address: CoughenourOrders@wawd.uscourts.gov.
