No. 30). Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a case may be 20 dismissed without a court order if there is a “stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who 21 have appeared.” All parties who have appeared stipulate that all claims shall be dismissed with 22 prejudice and without costs or attorney fees. Thus, this stipulation is self-executing. Fed. R. Civ. 23 P. 41(a)(1)(A). This action is DISMISSED with prejudice and without an award of costs to either 24 party.
