C17-0994-JCC MINUTE ORDER Plaintiff, 12 v. 13 CAMERSON WESTHOLT, 14 Defendant. 15 The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C. 16 17 Coughenour, United States District Judge: This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulation and proposed order for 18 19 dismissal (Dkt. No. 30). Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a case may be 20 dismissed without a court order if there is a “stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who 21 have appeared.” All parties who have appeared stipulate that all claims shall be dismissed with 22 prejudice and without costs or attorney fees. Thus, this stipulation is self-executing. Fed. R. Civ. 23 P. 41(a)(1)(A). This action is DISMISSED with prejudice and without an award of costs to either 24 party.
