U.S.A., Ltd.’s (“Hitachi”) stipulated motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 17). Pursuant to the parties’
stipulation (Dkt. No. 17) the Court DISMISSES Hitachi without prejudice and without fees or
costs to either Party.
