VACATED PER #47 ORDER. ORDER REMANDING CASE. The court GRANTS the Daleys' motion for leave toamend their notice of removal (Dkt #24 ) and GRANTS Ms. Pattison's motion to remand (Dkt. #12 ). The court also DENIES as moot all remaining motions (Dkt. # #10 , #15 , #33 ). All further proceedings are REMANDED to the Superior Court for King County in the State of Washington.
