ORDER re parties' 19 Joint MOTION to Extend Deadlines for Initial Disclosures and Rule 26(F) Conferenced and Joint Status Report. IT IS ORDERED that the deadlines set forth in the Order Regarding Initial Disclosures, Joint Status Report, an d Early Settlement to (1) conduct the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Rule 26(f) conference; (2) file the Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan as Required by FRCP and Local Rule 26(f); and (3) conduct initial disclosures pursuant to FRCP Rule 26(a)(1) are hereby vacated. THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Joint Motion of Plaintiffs Cheryl

Enstad and Pax Enstad (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant PeaceHealth (“PeaceHealth”), through

counsel, to extend the time for the parties to: (1) conduct the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
21
(“FRCP”) Rule 26(f) conference; (2) file the Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan as Required
22
by FRCP and Local Rule 26(f); and (3) conduct initial disclosures pursuant to FRCP Rule

26(a)(1) as set forth in the October 11, 2017 Order Regarding Initial Disclosures, Joint Status

Report, and Early Settlement (Dkt. # 7); the Court having considered the Joint Motion, and
