Coughenour, United States District Judge: This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulation and proposed order to 18 extend the deadline for filing pleading amendments and third party actions (Dkt. No. 18). In its 19 scheduling order, the Court set August 8, 2018 as the deadline for the parties to file pleading 20 amendments or third party actions. (See Dkt. No. 10.) Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the 21 Court finds good cause to extend that deadline to September 7, 2018. (See Dkt. No. 18.)
