The deadline for disclosure of expert testimony under FRCP 26(a)(2) in this matter is August 1,

2018. Due to unforeseen delays in receiving Plaintiff Katee Meade’s medical records, Defendant City

19

of Seattle will be unable to meet that deadline with respect to the report of its psychological expert,

20

Dr. Arthur Davis. The parties, by and through their attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree to extend the

21

deadline for disclosure of Dr. Davis’s written report to August 24, 2018. No other deadlines in this

22

matter are requested to be changed or are anticipated to be affected.
