This matter came before the Court by way of the parties’ Stipulated Motion to Extend
Defendants’ Deadline to Respond to the Complaint and to Continue the Initial Disclosures and
Joint Status Report Deadline (see Dkt. #4) set by the Court that was filed on
December 21, 2017. Having reviewed the pleadings and files of record, and being fully advised
in the law,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, the Stipulation Motion to extend Defendants’ deadline to
respond to the Complaint from December 27, 2017 until January 22, 2018 and to continue the
