The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to extend the time

for Defendants to file an answer (Dkt. No. 20). The motion has been mooted by the Court’s order
21
addressing Defendants’ motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 21). Defendants shall file their answer no
22
later than April 3, 2018. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate the parties’ stipulated motion to
23
extend the time for Defendants to file an answer (Dkt. No. 20).
