The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:

This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to extend the
20
briefing deadlines for class certification (Dkt. No. 45). Finding good cause, the parties’ stipulated
21
motion (Dkt. No. 45) is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s motion for class certification shall be filed no
22
later than November 12, 2018. Defendant’s response in opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for class
23
certification shall be filed no later than December 12, 2018. Plaintiff’s reply to Defendant’s
24
response shall be filed no later than January 11, 2019. Plaintiff shall note its motion for class
25
certification on January 11, 2019.
