The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ second stipulation and proposed order

for filing an amended complaint (Dkt. No. 21). Finding good cause, the Court ORDERS that

Plaintiffs shall file an amended complaint no later than March 2, 2018. Defendants shall file their

response no later than 30 days after Plaintiffs file their amended complaint.
