ALBERTSONS COMPANIES,
Garnishee.
A Writ of Continuing Garnishment, directed to Garnishee, Albertsons
Companies, has been duly issued and served upon the Garnishee. Pursuant

to the Writ, Garnishee Albertsons Companies (Albertsons) filed an Answer on
23
May 8, 2017, stating that at the time of the service of the Writ, Defendant/
24
Judgment Debtor Kevin Ray Nathan (Mr. Nathan), was an active employee
25
who was paid weekly.

After notification of the garnishment proceeding was mailed to the

parties on or about April 25, 2017, the Defendant/Judgment Debtor has not
requested a hearing to determine exempt property as of this date.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:

That the Garnishee, Albertsons, shall pay to the United States District
6
7
Court for the Western District of Washington, the non-exempt earnings
8
payable to Defendant/Judgment Debtor Kevin Ray Nathan, upon each period
9
of time when Defendant/Judgment Debtor Nathan is entitled to receive such
10
11
funds, and shall continue said payments, if any, until Defendant/ Judgment
12
Debtor Nathan’s debt is paid in full or until Defendant/Judgment Debtor is
13
no longer an active employee of Garnishee and the Garnishee no longer has
14
possession, custody, or control of any funds due and owing to the
15
Defendant/Judgment Debtor or until further order of this Court. This
16

includes all monies required to be previously withheld by the Garnishee, in
accordance with the Writ of Continuing Garnishment;
That such payments shall be applied to Defendant/Judgment Debtor

Nathan’s outstanding restitution obligation, by the United States District
Court for the Western District of Washington; and
That the payments shall be made out to the United States District
23

Court, Western District of Washington, referencing Case Nos. 2:98-CR-00476-
25
RSM-1 and 2:17-MC-00036-RSL, and to deliver such payment either
26
personally or by First Class Mail to:
