Continuing Garnishee Order
v.
MARK CHARLES THOMAS,
Defendant/Judgment Debtor,
and
ADOBA, INC.,
Garnishee.
A Writ of Continuing Garnishment, directed to Garnishee, Adoba, Inc.,
has been duly issued and served upon the Garnishee. Pursuant to the Writ,

Garnishee Adoba, Inc. (Adoba) filed its Answer on July 6, 2017, stating that at

the time of the service of the Writ, Defendant/Judgment Debtor Mark Charles
24
Thomas (Mr. Thomas), was an active employee who was paid bi-weekly.

After notification of the garnishment proceeding was mailed to the
parties on or about June 27, 2017, the Defendant/Judgment Debtor has not
requested a hearing to determine exempt property as of this date.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:

That the Garnishee, Adoba, Inc., shall pay to the United States District
3
Court for the Western District of Washington, the non-exempt earnings
4

payable to Defendant/Judgment Debtor Mark Charles Thomas, upon each
6
period of time when Defendant/Judgment Debtor Thomas is entitled to
7
receive such funds, and shall continue said payments, if any, until
8
Defendant/ Judgment Debtor Thomas’ debt is paid in full or until
9
Defendant/Judgment Debtor is no longer an active employee of Garnishee
10

and the Garnishee no longer has possession, custody, or control of any funds
12
due and owing to the Defendant/Judgment Debtor or until further order of
13
this Court. This includes all monies required to be previously withheld by the
14
Garnishee, in accordance with the Writ of Continuing Garnishment;
15
That such payments shall be applied to Defendant/Judgment Debtor
16

Thomas’ outstanding restitution obligation, by the United States District
Court for the Western District of Washington; and
19
That the payments shall be made out to the United States District
20
Court, Western District of Washington, referencing Case Nos. 2:98-CR-00037-

TSZ-1 and 2:17-MC-00060-RSL, and to deliver such payment either
personally or by First Class Mail to:
