This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff’s “Application and Declaration for Writ

of Garnishment” for property in which the defendant/judgment debtor, Express Pacific, LLC,
17

has a substantial nonexempt interest and which may be in the possession, custody, or control of
18

the garnishee, Key Bank - Mercer Island Branch. The Court having reviewed the record in this
19

matter, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall issue the Writ of Garnishment
20

submitted by plaintiff’s counsel on June 30, 2017, at Dkt. # 1-3.
