This matter came before the Court on the United States’ Motion to

Amend Order of Disbursement. For the reasons stated in the United States’

Motion, the Court concludes that the portion of the August 2, 2018, Order

disbursing funds from the Registry of the Court should be amended to
account for an additional $128.40.

IT IS ORDERED under Local Civil Rule 67(b) that the Clerk is

authorized and directed to draw two checks on the funds deposited in the

Registry of this Court, as follows:
