The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion regarding a briefing
schedule for the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 27). Finding good
cause, the Court GRANTS the stipulated motion. Pursuant to stipulation, the Court ORDERS as
follows:
1.
On December 14, 2018, both parties shall file and serve their papers in opposition
to their opponent’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. Nos. 22, 24);
2.
On or before December 21, 2018, both parties shall file and serve their reply
papers, if any, in support of their own motion for summary judgment;
