The parties hereby file this stipulated motion for an order continuing the deadline for the

parties to file their joint status report. The report was originally due on May 1, 2018. However, the

3

parties sought, and were granted a continuance of this date to June 1, 2018. The parties now move

4

for a second 30-day continuance based upon the fact that on May 17, 2018, the parties filed a joint

5

motion for an order transferring this action from this Court to the United States District Court,
6
7

Southern District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). This motion is noted on the Court’s

8

motion calendar for June 8, 2018. Should the Court grant the parties’ motion to transfer venue, it

9

is expected that a new scheduling order will be issued by the Judge of the Court to which the case

10

is transferred.
