Quigley and Dorothy Sawyer 18 (collectively, “Defendants”). (7/27/18 Order (Dkt. # 15) at 13-14.) That deadline has 19 passed, and Mr. Trevino has not responded. (See Dkt.) Accordingly, the court 20 // 21 // 22 // ORDER - 1 1 DIMISSES this case without prejudice for failure to serve Defendants within the time 2 period set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m).
