STIPULATION AND ORDER granting parties' 15 Stipulation re 7 Order on Motion for TRO. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the TRO Defendants are enjoined from instituting or joining in any action, in any other forum, aimed at securing a determination on the issue whether Weyerhaeuser is required, under the policies issued by TRO Defendants, to arbitrate disputes regarding coverage under those policies.
