The parties hereby stipulate and agree that Petitioner’s naturalization application be

remanded to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) for further

adjudication, with a second interview within thirty (30) days after entry of this Order and
19
issuance of a decision within sixty (60) days after the interview. The parties further stipulate and
20
21
agree that the Court may make and enter an order dismissing this case without prejudice and
without costs or fees to either party.
