The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.

This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to vacate the
20
upcoming status conference and enter a proposed case scheduling order (Dkt. No. 9). The parties
21
indicate that discovery and trial are unnecessary and that this action can be resolved through
22
cross-motions for summary judgment based on a stipulated record. (Id. at 1.) The parties’ motion
23
(Dkt. No. 9) is GRANTED. The August 7, 2018 status conference is VACATED. The Court sets
24
the following schedule and briefing page limits:
