The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. This case began when Plaintiff filed an
application for a writ of garnishment. (See Dkt. No. 1.) The Court issued the writ but later
quashed it and ordered the payment of attorney fees. (See Dkt. Nos. 3, 15, 20.) It does not appear
that a live controversy remains. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to show cause by no later
than December 20, 2021 why this case should not be closed.
