THIS MATTER came on for consideration, without oral argument, of Plaintiff Major Margaret Witt's Motion for Leave to File an Overlength Brief in connection with Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Memorandum in Support of Motion. The Court has considered Plaintiff's Motion and any responsive material filed by defendants, and being fully advised in the matter and finding good cause to allow an overlength brief, it is hereby ordered that Plaintiff's Motion is granted. Plaintiff may file an overlength Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Memorandum in Support of Motion of no more than 55 pages.
