Dkt. 83, p. 1 Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment filed on October 2, 2009 and that motion was noted for October 30, 2009. Dkt. 82. Plaintiff has filed a motion for extension of time to respond to Defendants' motion for summary judgment. Dkt. 87. The court has not yet ruled on either of these motions. Accordingly, the court finds that the deadline for submission of the parties' joint status report should be continued.
