THIS MATTER comes on before the above-entitled Court upon Petitioner's Objection [Dkt. #21] to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation [Dkt. #19]. Having considered the entirety of the records and file herein, the Court finds and rules as follows: On November 13, 2009 this Court entered an Order adopting the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation to dismiss Petitioner's case. On or about November 16, 2009 Petitioner filed his Objections (posted to the Court's docket on November 24, 2009). Judgment was entered on November 17, 2009. Petitioner's Objection is not well-taken. The Judgment entered November 17, 2009 remains in effect. IT IS SO ORDERED.
