ECF No. 21 22 23 24 63. The Clerk noted the letter on the Court’s calendar for June 17, 2011. The Plaintiff’s response was filed on June 7, 2011. Accordingly, it is ORDERED: 25 26 ORDER- 1 1 2 3 4 (1) Plaintiff’s request for a ten day extension (ECF No. 63) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file his response to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment on or before June 7, 2011.
