This case was removed to this Court from the Thurston County Superior Court on May

26, 2011. ECF No. 1. On June 6, 2011, Defendants filed their answer to Plaintiff’s complaint.

ECF No. 6. On June 10, 2011, Plaintiff filed a motion to amend his complaint. ECF No. 9. That

motion was noted on the Court’s calendar for July 1, 2011. Defendants have not filed a

18

response to the motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED:

Defendants shall file a response to Plaintiff’s motion to amend (ECF No. 9) on or

before July 15, 2011.
