The Court therefore strikes its Order to Show Cause, and reschedules the 17 remaining briefing as follows: 18 Defendant’s Responsive Brief: April 11, 2012 19 Plaintiff’s optional Reply Brief: April 25, 2012 20 Plaintiff should take note that, should he fail to timely file an optional Reply Brief, the 21 Court will not issue an Order to Show Cause and will simply issue a decision based on the 22 briefing and records received to date.
