STIPULATED MOTION 23 24 Plaintiffs filed this case in Pierce County Superior Court on December 2, 2011. 25 Defendant Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation ("Foster Wheeler") removed the case to this 26 court on January 6, 2012 based on federal officer jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1).
