This matter comes before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of U.S.
Magistrate J. Richard Creatura. Dkt. 16. The Magistrate Judge recommends that the
Commissioner’s denial of supplemental security income benefits be reversed and remanded
pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to the Commissioner for further administrative
proceedings.
The Court need only make a de novo determination of the portions of Magistrate Judge
Creatura’s Report and Recommendation to which Defendant makes objections. 28 U.S.C. §
636(b)(1). Defendant has not filed any objection to the Report and Recommendation.

JUDGMENT is for plaintiff and the case should be closed.
