Richard Creatura. Dkt. 16. The Magistrate Judge recommends that the Commissioner’s denial of supplemental security income benefits be reversed and remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings. The Court need only make a de novo determination of the portions of Magistrate Judge Creatura’s Report and Recommendation to which Defendant makes objections. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Defendant has not filed any objection to the Report and Recommendation. 23 24 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION REVERSING AND REMANDING TO COMMISSIONER FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION - 1 1 The Court, having reviewed the Report and Recommendation of Judge J. Richard 2 Creatura, United States Magistrate Judge, and the relevant record, does hereby find and ORDER: 3 (1) The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation. 4 (2) The matter is REVERSED and REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 5 U.S.C. § 405(g) to the Commissioner for further consideration. 6 (3) JUDGMENT is for plaintiff and the case should be closed. 7 (4) The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to counsel of record. 8 Dated this 3rd day of March, 2014.
