Plaintiff asks the Court for a thirty-day extension of time to file a response (ECF No. 20). 19 20 Plaintiff explains that he is having oral surgery and that gang related violence in the prison has 21 resulted in closures of the prison law library (ECF No. 20). Defendants do not oppose the motion 22 and ask that if the motion is granted they be given additional time to file a response (ECF No. 23 21). 24 ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME - 1 1 The Court grants plaintiff’s motion.
