Plaintiff’s Opening Brief is limited to twenty-seven (27) pages in length, excluding
Defendant’s Responsive Brief is limited to twenty-seven (27) pages in length,
excluding any attachments; and
Plaintiff’s optional Reply Brief is limited to thirteen (13) pages in length.
