It is hereby ORDERED that the Commissioner’s final decision shall be reversed and
17
remanded for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. §405(g). On remand,
18
the Administrative Law Judge will review the record to determine whether it supports an
19
immediate finding of disability. If not, the ALJ will further develop the record and issue a new
20
decision. Upon proper application, Plaintiff shall be eligible for attorneys’ fees under the Equal
21
Access to Justice Act, 24 U.S.C. § 2412 et seq.
