BERRYHILL, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, 14 Defendant. 15 16 Based on the stipulation of the parties, it is ORDERED that the Commissioner’s decision 17 in regard to Plaintiff’s application for benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act be 18 REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security for a de novo hearing 19 pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Upon remand, the Administrative Law Judge 20 should reconsider the opinions of Drs. Gaffield, Staley, and Farwell.
