REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION; RECOMMENDS as follows: Multiple-prisoner plaintiffs not be permitted to proceed IFP together in a single action. The instant case be split into separate actions, with a copy of the complaint used to open a case for Jose Ra mirez and that his Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis, Prisoner Trust Account Report, and Consent to Collections be transferred to his case. Both cases be assigned to the undersigned. Within ten (10) days after being served with a copy of this R & R any party may file written objections to the R&R.
