ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: This Court is of the opinion that the Report and Recommendation 12 should be, and is, hereby ORDERED ADOPTED for the reasons more fully stated in the magistrate judges report. Accordingly, this Court ORDER S that the Petition for Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 1 be DENIED AS MOOT and DISMISSED. This Court further ORDERS that this matter be STRICKEN from the active docket of this Court and DIRECTS the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of the respondent.
