The court, accordingly, finds that plaintiff’s claim for recovery of the value of his personal property, insofar as such recovery is sought through insurance proceeds from Canopius supporting briefs, memoranda, affidavits, or other such matter in support thereof. (All motions unsupported by memoranda will be denied without prejudice pursuant to L.R. Civ.
